“Could this microwave be used as a built-in with a trim kit?”

• You could build a "trim kit" out of wood in front of the microwave as long as you allowed for the size of the door to open. Be careful with ventilation with any microwave in a closed space because of the exhaust especially the moisture that comes out of any microwave.
