A:Answer Depends what channels your "all my favorite shows" are on. If they are on premium (paid) channels like HBO or Showtime, then NO. Roku doesn't magically make these channels free. If "your favorite shows" are on local, free, "over the air" channels like NBC, CBS, FOX, then YES. An antenna added to this tv will get those channels. Roku is just an operating system to access apps, similar to Apple or Android. There are free apps(shows) and there are paid, not free apps like HBO, Showtime. You would still need to have Internet access for Roku to work. If none of this makes any sense, probably best to leave it like you have it. Unless you can get someone to show you in person.
