Q: QuestionCan the CD-BH950 play random between all 5 CDs? (.CD1/Track 2, then CD3/Track6) I bought it just for this function. If not, I want to return it. My previous Sharp CD-DK890N could random play all tracks on up to 5 discs when in RANDOM mode.

• A:Answer There is no "Shuffle" mode available for playback, there is only "Random" mode - which, as others have said, plays tracks randomly from a single CD until it has played all tracks from that disk, then switches to an other CD and begins randomly playing that disk's tracks. The unit most definitely does not play a track from one CD, then randomly switch to another CD and play a random track, then randomly switch to a third CD and play a random track. It's nice that the Sharp did that, but this unit absolutely does not.

• A:Answer The unit has a headphone jack, so it may be possible to transfer music from the cassette to the computer. You would need the right software to capture the music, like a Roxio program for example. You would also need the wire going from the headphone jack on the unit to the microphone input on the computer.

Q: QuestionWhen I searched for best price on a Sharp CDBH950, it took me to Best Buy site for that model. But, before my very eyes, it shows it at 179.99, and then changes it to $199.99. What kind of price guarantee is that? Can I order it for $179.99 or not?

• A:Answer I don't see why you shouldn't be able to bring it back to the store and ask them to see what the problem is unless it being an open box you don't have the same benefits that is let's say a brand new one but you shouldn't have at least a 30 day bring it back to the store and see if they don't take a look at it for you I know my store Best Buy they're pretty much really nice when it comes to that that's why I go there go there with you sound system and with your receipt and see what they do or at least call them

The Bluetooth functionality on this specific unit is only a Bluetooth receiver, meaning it can only receive wireless audio from your phone or tablet. It cannot transmit wireless audio out to Bluetooth speakers or Bluetooth headphones. Therefore, wired speakers are required to hear any sound from this unit.
