The Sharp Roku would eventually fail with such extreme temps. However..if there are only periods of high temp and high humidity ...you may be able to have some use as long as the temperatures are not long durations. For the price ...in being a very good TV (excellent picture and features) it is a small financial loss if the set doesn't have longevity due to such extremes in temperature and humidity. Out of Box discounts make this an excellent HDTV above most others.
