• NO - None of the Smart TVs that I know of. include Sling. Sling requires a monthly subscription payment like NetFlix. ROKU can be included since it is a one time purchase item if done separately, so they can include it in the purchase price.

• You can choose to install the Sling app during setup, it also gives you a free trial period if you've never used Sling before.
