• All you need is WIFI and you can watch Netflix or anything else online. To watch cable you will be a box or some type of wires.

• If you don't have cable or satellite you have a few other options. My son watches HULU and NETFLIX and AMAZON PRIME VIDEO on his TV! Other than that, the only other way would be to get one of those antennae things where you can get local channels.

• It has Roku, so you can download apps that let you watch shows, such as Netflix. There are news channel apps that let you watch CBS and a few others. As far as I can tell, I don't think there are any apps that let you watch live TV.

• Hello Evei, in order to get channels on the TV there needs to a source connected to the set. The source may include an antenna, cable or a satellite.
