“I just purchased (yesterday) this TV for my son's birthday/Xmas present. He is setting it up and roku wants a credit card - he doesn't have one. He has a netflix account and that's all he wants to watch along with his own dvds. Says no cc necessary.”

• The roku account needs a Credit card set up you could use your own. Then you don't need a credit card to use the TV.

• Hello, to access Netflix you will need to create a Roku account. You do have the option while creating the Roku account to not add a credit card.
