“I purchased 2 of these TV's, I cannot get both TV's to connect to the internet at the same time. I can connect them each individually if the first TV is unplugged. The Sharp tech support at 855-544-2030 has been absolutely no help.”

If you really have to get both connected I'd add a hub on one of the 4 cat5 network connections on your existing network....in my naive thinking you should have no problem connecting to two different hubs on the same network. (Yes that would be another purchase...)
