“My question is, can you tune in your basic local channels with this television? If not, does this television have a built-in tuner for free view ? If not then I have to get a free view box and an antenna to get local channels. Thank you.”

• Pick up an over-the-air antenna (OTA (I purchased one from Amazon)). Plug one end into the cable port on the TV and the othe other into the USB port (for power), the TV will do the rest. I get about 60 OTA channels and I’m using it on my Sharp TV.

• I think you will need an antenna to pull in local channels...but they are really inexpensive. I have one and can pull in about 30 or so channels.
