It said geek squad reviewed and no missing parts so I bout it knowing I had 14 days to return and get extra protection. I went to the store to get another remote, called twice and no help so I was done. I could not get caught with an incomplete use purchase....
I am pondering on buying it again. Not too happy with the lack of customer service so I may just purchase elsewhere....Love this tv though, especially for the price/size/1080...its unmatchable for sure...

A:AnswerIf you have used a Roku box, the remote and home screen is pretty much the same. You go to the Roku store to populate the home screen with the feeds you are looking for. In addition it has the physical hardware inputs like HDMI and the Coax connection right there mixed in with with Netflix and HBO-Go. If you are on the coax connection you use the standard Roku remote and press the up/down arrows to change the channel (Roku remotes don't have a number pad).
