A:AnswerI have not found a volume normalization option yet. If there even is one. Each channel provider has different broadcasting volumes. Unfortunately cable providers don't normalize like they should.
A:AnswerI'd contact Sharp directly, I'm sure you can get one. Probably cost you though.
Over the years I have lost one and got one wet and was able to replace each.
Another choice would be to just buy a universal remote and program it to this TV.
