QuestionI'm hearing impaired and I'm finding most of the Roku channels do not have closed captioned. Is their something I need to do in order to use closed captioned it's all ready set on Wil automatically show closed captioned when available?I don't like tv.

QuestionHi I wanted to buy this for my son's dorm room. He loves watching Netflix but at school he has wifi but no cable. Can he just plug in tv , set up Roku acct then watch Netflix?? Or will he need additional set up stuff? Thanks

QuestionIs there a way to see shows on channels that are not part of ROKU. For example, TNT does not seem to have a streaming channel. I do not want to have to pay for a show from Amazon, Vudu or Hulu etc. I just want to access the show through TNT.

QuestionI looked thru the Sharp menu but I do not see an option to setup 'Program the On/Off Timer on TV' I will use this TV to monitor our security cameras. Every day in office it should power-on 8 AM to 6 PM, Monday to Friday only. Can it work?

- Answer This TV does not have a built-in DVR. Actually, I don't think I've ever heard of any TV that has a built in DVR. The "Smart Features" enable this TV to connect to several streaming services such as Netflix, Plex, Hulu, Amazon Video, etc. (and basically any channel that Roku...just Google "Roku channels for more details on this"). I hope this helps!
