I am not sure about the Dolby vision, we never checked. Ours is always connected to WiFi, so we haven't actually had this problem. Problem I have though is the Caller ID doesn't show when the screen is at Max, without black frames on top and sides. Our Remote won't control the whole TV, we had to hook up the remote from previous TV we had upstairs. We had to contact support to walk us through the process. So the remote that came with the TV is used basically for volume control. We haven't gone into the streaming or other channels it supports.
