Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.We have Dish Network and had to call their tech support to get our TV remote from old tv to work, with new TV. The remote that came with it we only use for Sound for now. We haven't set up the extra channels supports like the ROKU as yet. Dish didn't charge us a Penny to set it all up. I would think Best Buy would be able to help you with it. We have two yrs of Geek Squad that came with it.
