• The stands provided don't allow for rotation. It is a horizontal stationary position.

• Stationary, but it is very lightweight. I've had no issue getting behind it just scooting it sideways on the stand.

• The stands are just legs on the base of the TV. You can "rotate" it by turning the entire TV to where you want it.
