“Does this Sharp work as a stand-alone television with just an antenna or must I have Roku, Cable or Dish or some other device or service? Thanks so much”

• it will work with just an antenna. However, whenever you turn the tv on you will be presented with the roku home screen. from there you will click on a tile that is called "antenna".
