Just had same issue. TV is about 2 years old and I have tried many things from articles and videos with no luck. Not happy. The newest TV in the house and it seems fried.

I checked to see if my Roku still worked and it did so I reset my cable box, holding the power button for about 8 sec, and then powered on again and my tv (cable) was back. I knew it wasn’t my cable because my other tv worked on cable. Must have been some glitch in the interface with the cable box and the tv. If you don’t have a cable box then not sure what to tell you. Scared me since I only had the tv for a few weeks after having my older tv totally check out. Good luck!
