“How did the voice prompts get turned on? Better yet how do I turn off the stupid voice system on this tv so it quits announcing the tv channel, what's playing, duration, etc? I'm sick of it and I cannot figure out how to turn it off. Please help me.”

• Go to the main menu, settings, accessibility, audio guide, off. Should be good to go.

• There should be a voice option in the display section of the main menu.
