QuestionI bought this TV for my dad. He likes to go into the settings and change things and he clicked on a tab that said accessibility in the settings and now the tv won't turn on. The screen stays black while the red power light blinks on when turned on. Help

QuestionHi, I purchased a Sharp LC-60P6070U a couple of years ago. Recently, the TV would play for a while then shut down for no apparent reason. Any idea what's happening? How do I get it repaired.

- Answer Good luck. It's happening on mine too. Tech support was no help, of course this all started after the warranty has expired. It's apparently a design flaw. Mine works fine with the exception. Of course there are some other minor issues with this TV such as hot spots around the edges which I don't care for. At this point, I can honestly say I will never buy another Sharp TV. The prices and tech is getting cheaper all the time, so I'll get a better TV from Samsung or LG when this one totally craps out.

QuestionEverytime I turn my tv on and use the 4k firestick the tv turns off and then when I use my PlayStation it works until I try to play a game it ask to change a setting and it flashes and shuts off

- Answer There’s a reset option in. The settings. It will send the tv back to default like out of the box.
