QuestionWhen I press on Channel Up or Down on remote, it will only move one channel at a time. If I start at Channel 2 and want to go to Channel 50, I have to press the Channel up button 48 times. It won't just cruise to that Channel by holding down the button.

Questionusing external earphone jack I can get sound. When I unplug the earphones, I can not get sound through the tv speakers. have reset the audio and video settings to factory settings. I read that I can change the audio output to fixed but can't see

- Answer Hi David , It's the same technology as your cellphone . As long as you connect the earphones it's disconnects the tv speakers because the system is recognizing the need to connect earphones. If you want you can buy a splitter and connect your headphones and an external speaker/soundbar. Hope I have answered your question. Thank you

QuestionPurchased this TV today, hooked up xbox (HDMI) and cable (cable wire). set all settings for these (2) items but cant get cable to come up.seems to have channels and such but picture is 3/4 of screen width and picture is horrible. what have I done wrong

QuestionThis TV is still advertised Best Buy told me there none available there sold out. Must be an old ad??

- Answer I bought mine from the weekly ad a few weeks ago. It was relatively low stock at that time. I haven't seen it in the newer ads and presumably they are out of stock. Typically they come back in again and would go on sale at some point.
