Questionthis issue has the boomarang effect, I was advised to go to BBY to get remote replaced, at which BBY stated their parts department does not have access to get a OEM report, again referred back to sharp of which after waiting 5 days no positive results.

- Answer When this happens, it usually is due to the failing LED panel. You can call BestBuy or Sharp support but I don’t know if they will be able to help.

QuestionI was told by a Sharp rep on this Best Buy site that this model has Truvolume. To go to the Sound Mode Menu to set the Truvolume. I can't find anywhere on the settings where there is a Sound Mode Menu or a Truvolme setting. Can anyone help?
