“How often do the filters need to be cleaned or replaced? How much are the replacement filters and where can I buy them? Please don't tell me to call the 877 # for your call center because I just spent 30 minutes on hold, so that's not helpful. Thx.”

In the instructions said that you don't need a replacement for at least 5 yrs
