• YES it does! If you look at the photo of the control panel, you see the +30 Sec button. If you tap this, it automatically starts and will run on regular power for 30 seconds. I know, I have this microwave and I really like it.

• It has a button you can push that will run it for 30 seconds. If you want to add another 30 seconds just push the button again.

• This microwave has the regular keypad, 1-9, so if you press 2 it will cook for 2 minutes. It's nice. It also has a time cook function.
