Questionhow to set power lever? I followed the instruction 1. press Power Lever, 2. press 1 and press 0; 3. it doesn't wait me to press 0, it jump to 1 min Express Cook? did I do something wrong? I want to raise the Express Cook power level.

- Answer Hello, in order to enter your own desired time and set the power level you will first need to press the "time cook" pad then press the number pad to input the cooking time needed; the maximum cooking time is 99 minutes and 99 seconds, press the "power" button and use the number keys to adjust the power level, press the "start/+30 sec" to start cooking. QuestionI have a microwave stand that I really need to use. Problem is short power cords. Can I use a heavy duty extension cord or is there some other way to solve this problem. Lack of counter space is major problem.

- Answer Hello, if an extension cord is necessary use only a 3-wire extension cord that has a 3-blade grounding plug, and a 3-slot receptacle that will accept the plug on the appliance. The marked rating of the extension cord shall be equal to or greater than the electrical rating of the appliance.
