“I just bought this unit. The controls seem hard to read in low light. Is there protective film on the control panel from shipping that might be the cause? I can’t see or feel anything.”

Hello, the control panel normally comes with a plastic film which is to protect the display. To remove this you can use a tape and place it at the corner of the panel. If you have further questions or queries, please email us at [email protected].
