Push "Time Cook" then input amount of time you want. Push "Power Level" then input 5 for half power, or whatever.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.As far as I know the microwave calculates the power level based on what you are cooking. If for example, midway down the control panel you choose (under the heading defrost) poultry, it automatically chooses the correct power level and length of time to complete the task. I have not been able to choose the power level myself, but using the automatic buttons has worked well for me.
