• A:Answer The True HEPA Filter and Active Carbon Deodorizing Filter maximum service life is 2 years. However, you can replace the filters when they are no longer removing odor or dust. You can maintain the filters by using a vacuum to remove the dust. Do not wash the filters otherwise these filters may lose efficacy. Replacement Filter Model: True HEPA Filter (FZ-J80HFU) and Active Carbon Deodorizing Filter (FZ-J80DFU).

Q: QuestionWhy does this not list a clean air delivery rate (CADR)? It is AHAM certified. But can it remove pollutants like smoke from the air? If there is a CADR, please let me know what it is so I can purchase this product, otherwise I will pick a different one.
