“How is the rat neck wrap heated & for how long does it last”

• Takes almost 4-5 minutes to heat up well in microwave. Lasts for 15-20 minutes max. Haven’t used it for icing yet in freezer. But says it can be used as a cold pack also. Takes a few hours to freeze it per directions (short packet included with very minimal directions about heating and icing.)
