It’s not bulky, you can slide it under a sofa or bed when not in use. There are 2 rotating nodules that go up and down the back (like massage chairs at a nail salon) and there is a controller that can specify how high or low you want them to rotate (including “lower back” or “custom” or something to that effect)

To me it can be even better if it can reach the neck area for the upper back and the hip joint regime for the lower back. The range is not as wide as what I hoped, but can fulfill most of the functionality.
