• I can't intelligently speak on the numbers you requested but can tell you it is not a loud fan and the flow rate is phenomenal for it's compactness. guessing I would say around 150 cfm or so. as far as noise goes I had a rattle on the window that was louder than the fan

• Moves quite a bit of air but won't blow your wig off. Quieter than most round fans. Very pleasant in my opinion. I really like mine.
