Does the headset come in different sizes null

No.. it's not like the open run or the open mini it's just one standard size

not that I am aware of. It gently snugs the sides of your head to stay in place. I have had no issues with it whatsoever.

No and it is not able to be adjusted either. That was my wife's complaint when she tried on my set.
