“I like this type of earbud b/c I have small ear holes and this sport type actually stays on my ears & don’t hurt. I haven’t tried this brand.They look like they may hurt & allow noise. Are they good to sleep in?Are they good for small ear holes? Noise?”

Ear hole size is irrelevant with these ear buds as they stay over the ear not inside.

Please try again later.They are designed to allow for outside noise, but depending on the sound setting and volume you have them set at, you can minimalize the amount of outside noise to almost none. I have not slept in them but can say that they are very soft and comfortable, I wear them all day with glasses and sometimes with a beanie on and barely notice that they are there.
