QuestionCan you still hear without blasting them when the surrounding noise level is high? I know for the traditional Shokz that it can be difficult hearing (for example) while on airplanes without the assistance of ear plugs. Also do these fit smaller ears?

- Answer I got these specifically because I have very narrow ear canals and regular earbuds are painful/don't stay in, so they are definitely good in that regard. As far as being able to hear around high noise level that's probably much more subjective. I haven't felt that they aren't loud enough, but because they don't create a seal around your ear you do still hear background noise and there's no sound cancelling functionality because of that

QuestionWill the Shokz Openfit pair with an Amazon Fire tablet? My newly purchased unit will not.

- Answer Hi there- Shokz here! The OpenFit should pair with most Bluetooth compatible devices. It's possible a reset may resolve this issue. To reset your OpenFit: 1. Check the Bluetooth settings on your device for the name of your Shokz OpenFit. Delete or forget the connection if the option is available. 2. Place both earbuds in the charging case. 3. Press and hold the touch/ command area of both earbuds at the same time for fifteen seconds. 4. The status light in your charging case will flash orange for five seconds while the reset is in progress. The status light will then begin to flash orange and green to indicate that the headphones are in pairing mode. If the reset doesn't resolve the issues, all Shokz come with a 2-year warranty. QuestionHow many devices can they store for audio source switching? my Bose QC35 can connect to 2 devices simultaneously, but can store 8 devices and I can switch between devices through the app or through the button on the headphone.

QuestionHow is the microphone for business phone and zoom calls?

- Answer I heard my own recording from the earphones and noticed a little portion of voice getting robotized. Thats when the call quality is dropping and signal issues I believe. They are yet to be tested on wifi calling. If its a crowded environment, it fails drastically.

- Answer Hi there- Shokz here! When using for the first time: Open the charging case to immediately enter Bluetooth pairing mode, with the indicator lights in the case flashing orange and green. For subsequent pairings: 1. Place both earbuds into the charging case; 2. Press and hold the touch area of the earbuds with two fingers simultaneously until the indicator lights flash orange and green, which indicates the earbuds have en- tered pairing mode; 3. Enable the Bluetooth function and select "OpenFit by Shokz." The device will display the successful pairing when complete.
