Not really. They only sit lightly on the ear and a good toss or turn will dislodge them.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.They are very comfortable. I wear them all day for meetings/work. Not sure if I’d sleep with them on but they stay in place all day and they do not press or put pressure on the ear. They are soft silicone so they bend easily but they are secure. I like that they stay outside of the ear and still have amazing sound.
