• I wear glasses. No problem. As I said, I forget I have them on. I also gave a set to my girlfriend (who loses earbuds often). She lives them.

• They are well fitted and can be worn with glasses, hearing aids and ear piercings.

• if by tradional hearing aids you mean ones that are basically this shape, you couldn't use both simultaneously. As far as glasses, you can wear glasses with them, but I have found that it becomes painful after a while. Maybe not a problem if you have the right glasses though. It's just putting a lot of pressure on the top of your ear
