- Answer Hello - Shokz here! The OpenRun Pro does not work with MP3's, only Bluetooth technology. So it is not possible to download and save music on this model of Shokz. The OpenSwim works with MP3's and does not have Bluetooth capability. Please reach out to our Customer Happiness Team if you'd like further assistance :) Thanks!

QuestionCan you use these for gaming? If so how good do they work for gaming?

- Answer I have used them with an Oculus Quest 2 for VR gaming, which is extremely sensitive to latency, so I would argue that you could use these for gaming pretty comfortably if they will pair correctly to your chosen gaming device.

- Answer Quite the opposite, actually. You won't disturb anyone who isn't of extraordinary hearing with these at a comfortable listening volume. They send the sound directly into your bones rather than moving air into your ear.

- Answer Hi Alejandro- Shokz here! According to the Osha.gov website, "there is no specific OSHA regulation that prohibits the use of headphones on a construction site." These are open-ear headphones, allowing you to still hear your surroundings. We kindly ask that you reach out to your employer directly to learn of their headphone policy. QuestionCan anyone tell me if these fit on people with larger heads? The last pair I got from them I had to return as they pods themselves went into my ears instead of in front of them due to just having a larger head then average.

- Answer I have an average head and they are just slightly too big for me. Worst comes to worst, try them out if they have them on display or return them. The dimensions should be listed on the Schokz website
