• If the Nvidia Shield uses an INFRARED REMOTE, you can use it to program the buttons on the SideClick Remote. If the Nvidia Shield uses an RF (Radio Frequency or Bluetooth) Remote, this will not work for you. This device is INFRARED Only, and will "Learn" from your primary remote when programming the SideClick buttons. Any Button can be programmed to do anything you want it to do regardless of how the button is labeled. Hope this helps!

• It will work with any IR device if you have a working remote to teach it. It does not use pre-programmed codes.

• I did not see one for the Nvidia but you can look on the company website and find if they have one there.

• I have programmed more than one device on the SideClick, including Bose Surround Sound. As long as the device has a remote it should be able to be programmed.
