Yes, this Alcatel cell phone has a mobile hotspot feature that enables 4G data sharing with other compatible devices .

If you dont activate woth a plan that give you gb hotspot if won’t work but it’s a smart phone and sometimes works without

You can use the hotspot but, whatever data you have i.e 2, 3 or 10gb is used for that.
