• A:Answer You would have to take it to a cell phone repair spot and have it unlocked , call around and see which places can carrier unlock the phone , my spot did it for 50 dollars

• A:Answer Not unless the sim slot is fully unlocked (which you can reach out to T-Mobile for) but I tried the same and it didn’t work for me.
