• Red pocket, Simple mobile unlimited talk text & data $20-25mo. no contract. For GSM phones. Red pocket also has CDMA service too, must choose that specific Sim card.

• The $24.99 is for the purchase of the phone. It is a one time cost. This phone was through Simple Mobile and they have plans as low as $20 or $25 a month.
