I have the very unreliable Simpli Safe Alarm System with smoke sensors added. The smoke sensors cannot be replaced with ring smoke sensors. Simpli Safe smoke sensors are very unreliable as they send false alarms. You will find this with research which will show simpli safe smoke sensors send false alarms. I am going to gradually remove all the simpli safe smoke sensor and gradually install a complete ring system, with smoke sensors. I did spend a lot of money with Simpli Safe junk system. The Simpli Safe Monitoring service is very unreliable. They dispatch at times, before making a telephone call to verify. The actual simpli safe company does NOT care in any way whatsoever. The Simpli Safe guarantee to replace defective sensors as long as the system is being monitored, is as worthless as their smoke sensors. I was hoping to replace the total junk Simpl Safe Smoke Sensors with reliable Ring Alarm Smoke Sensors, is the reason I know they will not function with Simpli Safe.
