At this time, alarm events can only be triggered by the equipment on site. So either a sensor would have to trigger, or you can press the Panic Button on the Keypad, Key Fob, or standalone button. There's no way to do that through the app.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I have the SimpliSafe system and believe the only way this works is if the system senses someone in a secured area when the alarm system is set. I can trigger the alarm from a key fob - either the one on my night stand or on my key chain. The alarm button will also call the service notifying them there is an issue. I do not have the upgraded service which allows monitoring from my phone; another $5.00 a month. .
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.You can't trigger it remotely, but soon as one of your sensors(window/door) or motion detector are triggered while the alarm is set it will activate. It's very loud!! Don't know another product.
