We are truly sorry to hear that you are having some challenges with the light on your karaoke Pedestal machine. For the lights to work, you want to make sure that the Sub-woofer cable is plugged into the Subwoofer Jack which is located on the back of the Pedestal. The Sub-woofer cable has polarized pin connector prongs, so you have to make sure to line up the pin holes with the port to ensure proper fit and to prevent damaging the prongs Once the sub-woofer cable is connected correctly, simply press the LIGHTS button on the machine to see the Pedestal light up.
