“Can my microphone connect to my tv and laptop? If so, how? I’ve tried both but no sound comes out of the mic.”

This is a Standard Wired Microphone and required being plugged into a 6.3MM (aka 1/4") microphone jack in order to work. You will not be able to connect this microphone to your Smart TV..
