“I have a 2015 toyota corolla. If I bought a sub would you be able to install it with nothing done to the car before hand? Like if I didn't have any connections or anything would it be possible to install it or would I have to get the connections myself?”

Go in the store ask what you would need to install it and after looking at that mess of wires and your overall lack of experience in doing such things consider asking how much they would chard to install all of it and compare that to total tech support coverage for a year and how much more benefit you’d get from that then the one time cost of installation (that would be free with total tech)
