“With this work with model SP5 fcc I'd p3hsp5? Also, will it hook up directly to my avr or will it need to go over a radio broadcast as it does in my truck.? Please advise”

Not familiar with the sp5 unit and do not know if compatible. As far as the device it connects to the Avr via the rca plugs that come out and go into the avr analog input source
