Will this work with model SP-R1? null

I have a 2001 ford truck f150 ,it worked for me,don't know what vehicle your trying to put it i??

No, the SXDV3 is not compatible with the Sportster SP-R1. But that is a very old radio and it can not receive many of our satellite channels. I recommend you upgrade to the Roady BT or an Onyx EZR as these can receive all of our SiriusXM satellite channels.
