• Yes, I returned one due to the poor power connection . Seems to be a problem with model.

• I didn’t find that problem, I wasn’t able to get a signal, in the downstairs living room, after 5 attempts with SiriusXM I just gave up and too the unit back, , it’s frustrating when you keep getting inconsistent answers from people that , you can hardly understand, and each one has a different answer,
