  • QuestionThe tours will not recognize my phone wifi, had no trouble in my pickup with a factory sirius. What do I need to do, cannot get any sound without this.

    Asked by jf.

    • Answer Thank you for your question. Your Tour radio needs an active satellite subscription before it will receive any services. You can add a subscription online at www.siriusxm.com/activate or call SiriusXM listener care 1-(866) 635-5027 and activate your Tour before you can connect to your phone for the streaming content. If you are still having trouble with your Tour connecting to your phone after you activated it, please send an email to email our support team at [email protected], and include your Tour Radio ID and the make and model of your cellphone.

  • QuestionIs this unit blue tooth compatable?

    Asked by Anonymous.

    • Answer Yes but... it depends on your vehicle as well. I installed this in my girlfriends 2005 Lexus SUV witch has Bluetooth but it's only for the phone feature, not the stereo. Weird but it's a limitation of the vehicle itself, not this device.

    Asked by Brian.

    • Answer No, this radio does not have "TuneMix" per se but the software in the radio creates a personalized listening experience. The more you listen the smarter it gets and will serve up relevant/ related content based your listening history. It can also create Pandora stations, based on artist or song.

  • QuestionWill there be a home edition of this product?

    Asked by mj1625.

    • Answer Yes, you should wait for the SXDH4 home kit if you want to use the Tour radio in your home. This home kit comes with the correct higher current capacity adapter for the Tour Radio (and the remote specific for the Tour). If you purchase the SXDH3 home kit for the Tour, you will have to get a different power adapter so I recommend waiting for the home kit to be available - coming soon.
