- Answer I would not advise that use case, these offer active noise cancellation and not noise reduction. Due to shooting being a high-fequency noise these will not protect your hearing from damage.

- Answer The ear cuffs are neither big or small. I have a big head and the ear cuffs fit perfectly, my friend has a much smaller head and he also claims a snug fit.
